Greg brings a wealth of expertise to MCA, having 35 years of manufacturing experience in leadership roles at Natera, Tesla and Toyota. As part of the operations leadership team at Tesla, he was instrumental in launching the Tesla manufacturing facility in Fremont, Calif., and successfully introducing the groundbreaking Tesla Model S.  His direct interactions with key organizational figures at Tesla – including Elon Musk, JB Straubel and Franz von Holzhausen – underscore his pivotal role at the company.

One significant accomplishment of Greg’s was launching the Tesla Motors Stamping facility in Fremont, California where Greg was responsible for the launch of an 800,000sq ft facility in support of the Tesla Model S. The biggest challenges for Greg with this project was starting from ground zero… no suppliers, no teams but a huge dream, and he and the team he built, made it happen.

Greg is a proud husband of 25 years to his amazing Wife Debi and they have 3 incredible children, Morgan, Kaitlyn & Tyler. Greg enjoys all sporting events however Hockey is still ranked #1 & Greg continues to play when he finds time!
