Uniforce boasts comprehensive in-house capabilities including tool/mold design, plastic fabrication, thermoforming, silk screening, pad stamping, wiring and harness fabrication, and advanced 3D printing. Our facility includes a state-of-the-art Titan EXT 1270 from 3D Systems, capable of handling large projects up to 4ft x 4ft x 6ft.

We meticulously document the design and construction of every product to maintain consistent quality. Our detailed prints and BOMs enable us to support post-sale manufacturing needs. All CAD drawings are securely archived for future support or engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
